I have trained at multiple boxing gyms in NYC over the past 4-5 years, and currently have a Jujitsu fight recorded of 1-7 as a white belt. I have also spent time training beginner skills to friends and willing participants over the past 2-3 years and I am currently training in Boxing Jiujitsu and Muay Thai.

Positive Energy Driven Fitness Lessons. The training focus on 3 targets: Sprints, Calisthenics and Core. Ideally, these are 2-3 workouts per week to get you started on the lifestyle you deserve.
