For over 16 years, I've cultivated football skills in athletes of all levels. My dedication lies in fostering both technical expertise and a deep love for the game. I aim to provide an enriching and enjoyable learning experience. I have division 1 experience as well.

For seven years, I've cultivated athletes' potential on the gridiron. I offer strategic insight and personalized training, fostering both skill and a love for the game. My coaching empowers players to excel, build character, and achieve their football aspirations.

Teaching tennis is not just my profession; it's my passion in life. Whether you are new to the sport or looking to sharpen your skills, I'm here to guide you every step of the way. My specialty lies in working with beginners, intermediates and children, where I focus on building a solid foundation and fostering a genuine enjoyment for tennis. Having coached my own sons to success in varsity singles, I currently instruct 30 kids aged 5 to 12, emphasizing patience and fun in every lesson. As a young dancer, into a competitive teen dancer and later a professional dancer of stage, film and tv, I always was told that my body type would never find a place in this industry of performing arts. This would crush me every time, so I decided to redirect my love for dance arts and created my own academy. Performing gave me a freedom unlike any other art form I have ever experienced and I wanted to pass that love on. Here is when you get to be part of my dream, teaching dance and opening my own academy creating ADA 6 years ago was not only a goal, but a mission. My goal is to guide dance enthusiasts with respect , proper training, positive reinforcement and passion.
