With over 17 years dedicated to shaping soccer skills, I provide expert guidance. I foster growth with a supportive, yet challenging approach, ensuring players reach their full potential on and off the field. My experience ensures development, creating passionate players. With this, I’ve also played at the Division 1 Level for College soccer for 3 years. Not to mention, I’ve also trialed with professional teams as well.

Positive Energy Driven Fitness Lessons. The training focus on 3 targets: Sprints, Calisthenics and Core. Ideally, these are 2-3 workouts per week to get you started on the lifestyle you deserve. I do believe in strong accountability that leads to a great workout. No workout will be dull. You will also have first access to my 66 day Fitness Challenge that will give you sustainable results and sustainable mindset.

Alejandra is a professional pickleball player, currently ranked #16 in Singles on the APP Tour. With her extensive experience and competitive background in tennis and now pickleball, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her coaching, helping players refine their skills and elevate their game to the next level. With years of experience teaching at the high school level and leading the Culinary Arts Summer Cooking School as its director, Jarrett has worked with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Mike is the founder of Three Strand Investments, a real estate development firm in Northern New Jersey. He has been developing and renovating residential real estate since 2016. His team has completed dozens of projects from cosmetic rehabs to ground up new construction. He has overseen all aspects of construction including design, material sourcing and project management.
