With more than 20 years of teaching experience, he helps students develop efficient technique and artistic confidence. For two decades, I've cultivated a deep understanding of lacrosse, and I'm eager to share my insights. I grew up on Long Island so lacrosse has always been a part of my life. My playing career began when I was 6 years old, playing up with my older brother. I attended St. Anthony’s High School while playing for LI Express in the summer. For those years I was around some of the best coaches in the lacrosse world and gained invaluable information from them about lacrosse. After St. Anthony’s I attended St. John’s University as a member of the lacrosse team. I was lucky enough to play all four years there, playing attack, offensive midfield and defensive midfield. Upon graduation I decided to be a college assistant coach at Misericordia University where I was in charge of the defense, and helped lead our team to a conference title. Lacrosse will always be my passion, I enjoy all facets of the game and enjoy giving back to players with all the information I have gained of the game. I focus on helping athletes elevate their game through strategic development and personalized instruction. My goal is to instill confidence and a love for the sport.
