"I coached Jose when he played for Youth Service in the 80s - I was his 16u coach the same year he played for Mel Zitter’s 18u team. In 2008 Jose was my pitching coach at Morris High School where we won the PSAL City Championship. As someone with over 50 years of baseball experience I am humble in recognizing I too continue to be a student of baseball. As a teacher nothing makes me more proud than when one of my former students becomes my teacher. Jose is one of these students who’s ability to communicate in a constructive manner I’ve incorporated into my own coaching style.

Jeffrey Duval has been teaching yoga in NYC since 2001 and is a senior teacher and teacher training at Sonic Yoga since 2005. Jeffrey has his MFA in Dance and is a former professional dancer with over 1000 hours of certification hours in yoga training. Jeffrey can teach a variety of yoga classes including Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Astanga , Yoga Therapy, Senior Yoga and Chair Yoga.

Ryan Walters is a yoga instructor, performing artist and curator from Miami, Florida with a specialized focus in audio/visual arts and movement practices. For 10 years spent living in New York City, dedication as a student of variegated disciplines came to materialize as he began instructing and performing at institutions and events such as Dubspot, Ridgewood Yoga Studio and Ultra Music Festival. Hi! I'm Hannah. I began my dance journey in NYC when I was just 2 years old. After dedicating years to dancing, I've been teaching passionately for the last 5 years. Sharing the knowledge and skills I've accumulated over the years with others is something I deeply cherish. Working with fellow dance enthusiasts brings me immense joy, and I'm eager to continue spreading the love of dance.

I am a 17 year old student coach who has learned many bio-mechanical skills of baseball— easily applicable to softball and football quarterbacks. I love helping young athletes fuel their passions just like I have as I am an on track college athlete. I try my best to plan good lessons and train my athletes to the best of their abilities. I also formed AAU basketball and travel baseball teams for my travel organization “Gravix Athletics.” You can see it on IG for me and my friends who are also reliable student coaches!
