For two decades, I've cultivated a deep understanding of lacrosse, and I'm eager to share my insights. I grew up on Long Island so lacrosse has always been a part of my life. My playing career began when I was 6 years old, playing up with my older brother. I attended St. Anthony’s High School while playing for LI Express in the summer. For those years I was around some of the best coaches in the lacrosse world and gained invaluable information from them about lacrosse. After St. Anthony’s I attended St. John’s University as a member of the lacrosse team. I was lucky enough to play all four years there, playing attack, offensive midfield and defensive midfield. Upon graduation I decided to be a college assistant coach at Misericordia University where I was in charge of the defense, and helped lead our team to a conference title. Lacrosse will always be my passion, I enjoy all facets of the game and enjoy giving back to players with all the information I have gained of the game. I focus on helping athletes elevate their game through strategic development and personalized instruction. My goal is to instill confidence and a love for the sport.

Fabiana Rezak has been involved in tennis for over 40 years as a tennis player, parent, and private certified instructor/coach. For thirty years she has helped many institutions and schools bring tennis to their students, members and constituents, ranging from young children to older adults. Fabiana started playing tennis at the age of six and competing in sanctioned tournaments since eight years old. Having grown up in Buenos Aires Argentina, home to world renowned players and coaches, she was lucky to have been exposed to great training during her formative years. She became a top 10 national junior through the different age groups and competed in international tournaments. At seventeen she was offered to play Division I tennis in the U.S.A. and was inducted in the University of Toledo Varsity Hall of Fame. She is certified by the PTR and USPTA, and volunteers with the USTA Long Island Tennis Board to help create programs throughout the region and make the game more accessible for all to play. Also, as a Clinician for the USTA she trains Physical Education teachers and community leaders how to teach and introduce tennis in schools or other settings. Furthermore, she is a Pilates, yoga, Tai Chi and group fitness instructor, also working with special populations who experience chronic health conditions. Through a combination of these practices, everyone can find a way to move and enjoy being physically active. Fabiana strives to provide a safe environment to build life-long tennis players and healthy lifestyles. Through tennis and fitness she hopes to inspire, build confidence, and bring joy to the hearts and minds of her students.
""I enrolled my son Reggie, 16, for tennis lessons because that is the only no-contact sport he was interested in. Fabiana has been instrumental in teaching him the key concepts so he could start to play well with others in a very short time. She also provided proper and comfortable settings for our games. I truly appreciate Fabiana's efforts for going above and beyond, to boost my son's self esteem with positive reinforcement. It means a lot. She is a good role model who is passionate about her craft."
