I’ve been training for over 10 years I’m also an accomplished amateur fighter. With more than 5 years of coaching experience, I’m dedicated to helping others develop their skills and reach their full potential in the sport.

For over 16 years, I've cultivated football skills in athletes of all levels. My dedication lies in fostering both technical expertise and a deep love for the game. I aim to provide an enriching and enjoyable learning experience. I have division 1 experience as well.

I've been immersed in the world of salsa for 6 years, encompassing both teaching and performing. This dance brings immense joy to my life, and I'm passionate about sharing that joy with others through the rhythm and moves of salsa!

For two decades, I've cultivated a deep understanding of lacrosse, and I'm eager to share my insights. I grew up on Long Island so lacrosse has always been a part of my life. My playing career began when I was 6 years old, playing up with my older brother. I attended St. Anthony’s High School while playing for LI Express in the summer. For those years I was around some of the best coaches in the lacrosse world and gained invaluable information from them about lacrosse. After St. Anthony’s I attended St. John’s University as a member of the lacrosse team. I was lucky enough to play all four years there, playing attack, offensive midfield and defensive midfield. Upon graduation I decided to be a college assistant coach at Misericordia University where I was in charge of the defense, and helped lead our team to a conference title. Lacrosse will always be my passion, I enjoy all facets of the game and enjoy giving back to players with all the information I have gained of the game. I focus on helping athletes elevate their game through strategic development and personalized instruction. My goal is to instill confidence and a love for the sport.

I'm on a journey to become a touring and session guitarist, currently pursuing a BA in Music Performance at Molloy University. With over a decade of guitar mastery, I'm ready to make waves in the music industry. Growing up with influences like GNR and Metallica, I love diverse genres, including bachata, corridos, flamenco, jazz, and classical music. My musical journey knows no bounds, and I'm passionate about weaving magic across various styles. Whether shredding solos, laying down soulful melodies, or adding a flamenco flair, I'm dedicated to bringing your musical vision to life.
