As a former High School Player of the year and All Conference award winner at Georgia Tech, I spent the last two decades sharing my love for football and helping athletes reach their full potential. I’m one who has put the work in and competed against the best of the best. My coaching philosophy emphasizes discipline, selflessness and a firm understanding of the game. After captaining two separate college teams (NJCAA and NCAA DII), coach Cody spent a small stint playing in USL2 team Tobacco Road FC. He coached college soccer (NCAA DIII) where in his two seasons won a Conference Championship (USA South) before coaching in the NCAA tournament. Shortly after he spent time at Wake Futbol Club (Wake FC) as a Director of Coaching overseeing 40 teams per season. During that time he also coached 3 of his own teams each season.

I’m a left-handed pitcher who played four years of college baseball and topped out at 89 mph, despite being undersized. I’ve worked with a wide range of pitchers and focus on building individualized plans that fit your strengths and goals — not a cookie-cutter approach. I prioritize thorough evaluations, honest feedback, and a plan built around who you are on the mound. I believe the mental side of pitching is more important than anything else. Tracking data and velocity have their place — but without the right mindset, they don’t get you on the field in college. My coaching helps pitchers develop confidence, composure, and a game-ready mentality. I’m here to support local athletes with flexible rates and a clear mission: to help you become the best version of yourself on the mound.

Dedicated tennis coach with experience as a former Tennis Director at the Shanghai Tennis Academy. With a background as a college 1 singles player and USTA 2 East men's singles competitor in 2007, I bring a wealth of on-court experience to my coaching. I specialize in teaching intermediate to advanced-level players, focusing on kids aged 7 and up.
