Prince began his fitness journey in 2015 when he joined the United States Navy, determined to transform his health and meet the physical requirements for service. Starting at 203 pounds, he self-taught the principles of exercise and nutrition, ultimately shedding 58 pounds to surpass expectations. His impressive transformation inspired his recruiter to enlist Prince’s help in training other recruits. In 2018, Prince became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, launching his professional career at Equinox in Culver City, CA. Over the years, he has trained thousands of clients of all ages, specializing in performance enhancement, fat loss, lean muscle growth, corrective exercise, and overall health improvement. With expertise in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Biomechanics, and rehabilitation techniques, Prince delivers personalized in-person and online training to help clients achieve lasting results.

Dedicated tennis coach with experience as a former Tennis Director at the Shanghai Tennis Academy. With a background as a college 1 singles player and USTA 2 East men's singles competitor in 2007, I bring a wealth of on-court experience to my coaching. I specialize in teaching intermediate to advanced-level players, focusing on kids aged 7 and up. My goal is to inspire a love for the game while helping players reach their full potential on the court.

My mother made me start playing violin at 3 years old. I started traditionally learning Suzuki in Buffalo, NY. I took ownership of the instrument in at 12 years old practicing after school and for cultural events. I have always taught musicians that were less skilled and would lead by example to further their understanding. With 30 years of experience, I guide students to find their own voice through the instrument. I tailor lessons to individual needs, fostering both technical mastery and a lifelong love of music.

I have many years of playing experience including a 4 year college baseball experience, as well as college coaching experience at the NAIA level. Worked with both pitchers and catchers. As well as college summer league experience working with all levels of athletes from d1 to juco. I'm a PGA professional and a dedicated golf instructor who finds immense joy in teaching. My friendly personality creates a comfortable learning environment for students.
