My baseball background: 1984 NC State Championship w/ Independence HS, multiple city/state All-Star titles, & 3-peat MSBL 45+ Fall Classic Championship (2017-2019). I offer high-energy, game-like training for players ages 8-14 focused on movement, fun, & max reps.

My name is Rouge, I'm a performer, aerialist, runner, and trainer. I have over 10 years experience performing/ teaching fluid dance, burlesque, pole, and heels, and personal training. I'm PT, GPT, and CPR/AED certified through NASM, and pole certified through Pole Body Arts.
