Hi, I’m Trevor Lester — a competitive pickleball player on the path to going pro and a passionate coach dedicated to helping players level up! After five years on court and one year of coaching players from beginners to 4.5s, I’ve learned that success comes from mastering the fundamentals, building confidence, and playing with purpose! My mission is simple: help you play smarter, move better, and win more — while keeping the fun and community spirit that makes pickleball the fastest-growing sport in the world!

With over 25 years dedicated to lacrosse, I foster growth through skill-building and strategic thinking. My coaching focuses on instilling confidence and a love for the game, shaping well-rounded athletes. Join me to elevate your lacrosse journey! I was the head coach of a Boys Lacrosse program in Wilmington, NC and am currently the head coach of a High School mens team in Raleigh, NC. I have been conducting private lessons for the past five years for players of all skill levels and ages.

With two decades of lacrosse instruction under my belt, I'm dedicated to fostering player growth and igniting a lifelong passion for the sport. My coaching emphasizes skill refinement, in game thinking, and sportsmanship, all while maintaining a positive and enjoyable learning environment.

Went to college to for lacrosse. Played 4 years at Meredith college and became a team Captian my senior year. Graduated with an exercise sport science degree in 2024. I am currently a coach for club 91 working with class 2034’s, I have been with them 2 years now!

Coach Carl Poe's athletic journey began with a passion for multiple sports, which he pursued from youth through high school. His dedication led him to earn a scholarship to play collegiate baseball at UNC-Pembroke. However, during his senior year, an unfortunate hand injury ended his playing career. Determined to continue his path in sports, Carl shifted focus to academics, earning a degree in Physical Education and Coaching before advancing to graduate school at Appalachian State, where he earned a Master's in Exercise Science with a focus on Sports Strength and Conditioning. This transition from competitive baseball to strength and conditioning allowed Carl to dedicate his career to training athletes. With over 20 years of experience, including time at the US Olympic Training Center, Carl has built a legacy of helping athletes achieve their peak performance to compete at the highest level possible .

I have over five decades of experience as a player and performer of Rock Guitar techniques. I offer expert guidance tailored to each student's growth level and aspirations.
