With over 15 years of experience coaching basketball at every level—from youth to high school elite—I specialize in building complete athletes who excel on the court and grow as individuals off it. Since 2008, I’ve trained and mentored players with one goal in mind: real, measurable development. I’ve had the privilege of training Chris David Jr., Wisconsin’s leading high school scorer for the past two years, who now plays Division I basketball at Charleston University. I’ve also coached and developed my own son, who was ranked the #1 4th-grade player in Wisconsin last year and is now the #1 5th grader in the state—a testament to consistency, discipline, and the right training approach. Whether you’re just starting out or chasing college-level competition, my program focuses on: • Sharpening fundamentals (footwork, ball handling, shooting, defense) • Building basketball IQ and decision-making under pressure • Developing mental toughness, confidence, and leadership • Instilling values like work ethic, accountability, and respect My coaching goes beyond drills—I build relationships, push players to reach their potential, and hold them to a standard that helps them grow in basketball and in life. Discovering the guitar later in life ignited a passion for music that has only grown stronger with time. From taking my first guitar lesson at the age of 44 to co-founding a Bluegrass/Americana band and writing original music, my musical journey has been one of continuous growth and exploration. Since 2018, I've had the privilege of serving as a volunteer instructor for the Cincinnati, Ohio Chapter of Guitars 4 Vets, where I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of music. Alongside my own musical pursuits, I've expanded my skills by delving into the bass guitar and music theory. As a dedicated instructor, I find immense joy in helping adults of all ages unlock their musical potential and cultivate a lifelong love for playing the guitar, one song at a time.
