My name is Coach Richardson, I’m a 12 year Collegiate Coaching veteran having coached on many different levels from Junior College up to Division 1 on the men’s and women’s side. I am also a former college athlete. I have tons of experience with personal training for all ages and levels.I want to lead by example in showing players that they must remain positive, work hard and stay focused. I take great pride in being well organized. My passion for the game is what sparks my work ethic. I am naturally driven to coach, train, mentor and support athletes.

I’m currently studying Sports Science and competed in the 2024 NCCAA National Championship, gaining valuable insight into high-level collegiate competition. I’m Kendall Corrales Villalobos, a collegiate and USL2 player from Costa Rica with experience in top academies like Liga Deportiva Alajuelense and Santa Ana FC. As a coach, I focus on building technical skills, tactical awareness, and confidence through structured, high-energy sessions. My lessons include dynamic warm-ups, position-specific drills, and game-like scenarios, always aimed at developing both the player and the person. With my background in psychology and interest in applying neuroscience to sports, I also emphasize mental performance, resilience, and focus as key parts of player development.
