Hi, I'm Zach. I've played this beautiful game for 15 years, including 4 at the collegiate level. I have been coaching for over 2 years now assisting with teams, camps, and running private lessons. I focus firmly on the fundamentals of the sport with a mix of important mental components, which is crucial to any success. I preach commitment, adaptability, and belief in yourself in all of my lessons. No matter what age or ability you are, I am dedicated to helping you improve each and every time you step on the diamond. And most of all, baseball is supposed to be fun!

I’ve been playing volleyball since I was 8 years old, competing in club and at the collegiate level. After graduating high school, I began coaching and have since worked with athletes of all ages—ranging from Girls Varsity Head Coach to giving numerous private lessons to both male and female players. My coaching style focuses on helping athletes have fun, stay motivated, and reach their personal goals. I strive to create an environment where players are excited to be there and confident in their growth. Played football for 4 years in high school and 4 years at Washington & Jefferson College. Currently a varsity football coach working with wide receivers, defensive backs, and coordinating the passing game. I love breaking down technique, building confidence, and helping players understand the game at a higher level.

I started playing golf when I was 10 years old and what started out as a passion turned into a career. The golf career has seen me start out studying Professional Golf Management at PennWest University (PA) and work at some top golf clubs in America. I recently worked at Longue Vue Club in Verona PA, where I was the Lead Assistant Professional. I have since left the golf industry for Emergency Services but still continue to be active in the golf industry.

I’m Richie: An attack-minded footballer and dedicated coach shaped by more than a decade of competing, studying, and teaching the game. My journey has carried me from youth and academy football, including time within FC Barcelona’s training system, to college soccer, and into the professional environment through trials and training stints across the U.S. and Europe. Alongside my playing career, I’ve coached at the collegiate level, serving as an assistant coach at the collegiate level, where I focused on strength and conditioning, technical development, and individualized performance planning. With a background in Exercise Science and Psychology, I bring a mind-body approach that helps players understand not just what to do, but why it works. Whether you’re a young player hungry to sharpen your foundation or an adult athlete returning to the game, I tailor every session to meet you where you are. My coaching style blends detail-oriented instruction with an encouraging, athlete-centered energy. I want every player I work with to feel seen, supported, and challenged. Whether it’s putting points on the board, creating your own shot, or finishing strong under pressure, my coaching focuses on teaching players how to score efficiently in every situation—even off defensive stops, fast breaks, and tough matchups. My approach is personalized, engaging, and results-driven. Each lesson begins with a skills assessment to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
