Hello my name is Alex and I am a local Nashville tennis coach with over 7 years of playing experience! I am also a PTR Certified Tennis Professional. I began playing tennis in middle school with an athletic background. I quickly fell in love with the sport and began training 4 to 6 hours daily. I continued to compete collegiately while majoring in psychology. I have always enjoyed helping others and tennis is a blend of technical, tactical and mental. I use fact-based instruction and psychological strategies to improve my students playing ability and mental game. I have coached tennis for over 3 years including 8 months at Brookhaven Country Club in Dallas, Texas. During my time there, I coached numerous nationally ranked juniors along with early childhood students and adults of all ages and all different skill levels. I am offering fun private tennis lessons, semi-private tennis lessons, group tennis lessons and hitting only sessions for all ages (kids, teens, adults, seniors) and for all skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). So whether you need to work on some specifics like your forehand, backhand, volley, serve, service return, overhead, drop shot, approach shot, footwork, singles strategy or doubles strategy-I would be more than happy to help you out with your tennis game! I teach tennis lessons in the Nashville area and I’m willing to travel up to 10 miles to a tennis court that is conveniently located close to you.

I am a high-level 4.4-rated pickleball player with strong skills in both doubles and singles. My background as a college lacrosse athlete and coach has given me a solid foundation in teaching and strategy, which I now bring to the pickleball court. Hi, my name is Stephen. I’m a 5.0 singles and doubles Pickleball player. I’m a competitive tournament player that plans to start playing the pro circuit soon, but also have a passion for coaching and helping others. My coaching style is a combination of encouraging, fun, while also trying to get the best out of my students. Before pickleball I was a 2-sport collegiate athlete, and have coached numerous athletes. Furthermore, as a competitive player myself, I am constantly studying, learning, and seeking to improve as a player and a coach. I am continuously learning, and stay up to date with the latest strategies, techniques, and developments in the game.
