Mark Cahak is a lifelong student and teacher of the game of lacrosse, committed to developing players of all levels through moral integrity, passion, hard work, and skill-building. A standout defenseman at Fayetteville-Manlius High School (First Team All-League, All-CNY, and Empire State Games team member), Mark went on to play for Syracuse University, where he was part of the 2009 National Championship team and a two-time Athletic Director’s Honor Roll recipient. Mark began his coaching career as Defensive Coordinator at Harvard-Westlake in California and went on to hold coaching roles at Montgomery Bell Academy and Ensworth School in Nashville. As Ensworth’s Head Coach from 2015–2018, he led the program to a state championship and earned TSLA, US Lacrosse Tennessee, and Tennessean Coach of the Year honors. Mark’s coaching philosophy centers on building complete student-athletes—on the field and in life—by instilling discipline, leadership, and love for the game. Whether working with beginners or seasoned players, he brings energy, focus, and a genuine dedication to helping athletes grow.

I'm Iñigo González Zaballa, Born and raised in Spain, where I trained and played at top academies like Athletic Club de Bilbao and Racing de Santander, alongside players like Nico Williams, Eric García and many others. I later moved to the U.S. to play NCAA Division 1 soccer, bringing with me the quality, intensity, and philosophy of elite European football. Now, as a coach, I combine that high-level experience with a deep passion for developing players. My goal is to help you grow technically, tactically, and show you what the real soccer is about.
