I've won the Hillwood Country Club championship 4 of the last 6 years and picked up a passion for pickleball in 2020. I play at a competitive DUPR 4.3 level, bringing 40 years of tennis and 4 years of pickleball to the equation. I got PPR certified in 2022 and in October 2022 opened the Court at West Meade where myself and 3 of our other pros teach. In 2024, I taught over 500 people how to play pickleball with the Pickleball 101 group clinics we run. I teach private lesson weekdays at 9:00

Hi my name is Brian and I am a fun, local Nashville tennis coach with over 47 years of playing experience and over 24 years of teaching experience! I was a collegiate player at Lubbock Christian University back in the 80’s. I love team tennis and have been a finalist in both USTA and World Team Tennis. The game has of course evolved and I make sure my students know what it takes to reach their goals. If you want to find a fun sport to stay healthy or you’re trying to get a tennis scholarship, my tennis program can get you there! I’m also a sports journalist and have covered several US Open Series Tournaments in Cincinnati, Atlanta & Winston-Salem. I use every bit of my knowledge to make every part of my student’s tennis game better and more fun!
