I work with athletes of all levels, from middle school to professional. Creating individualized plans for every athlete with regard to their specific needs. I’m comfortable utilizing biomechanical data (Uplift AI), retestable performance metrics (Keiser, Plyomat, Force Plate, VBT), slow motion video analysis (Edgertronic), and all applicable baseball metrics (Trackman, Rapsodo, Hawkeye) to formulate specific plans with structured goals. Created full return-to-play programs for athletes recovering from UCL reconstruction. From day 1 of rehab, to first throw, to first bullpen, to getting drafted and signing a D1 letter of intent. Wrote code to compile all performance metrics with the goal of showing closest correlation to the outputs we want. Active communication with high school and college coaches, as well as professional scouts.

I've been igniting a passion for basketball in young players for over 10 years, sharing my knowledge and experience to help them reach their full potential on and off the court. My coaching style blends rigorous training with a fun and supportive environment, ensuring every player enjoys the journey as they develop their skills and teamwork.

Im a professional basketball player with a love and knowledge of the game. I understand what it takes to be successful at every level. I worked at my alma mater Euless Trinity High School since 2012 helping out with the boys basketball program under head Coach Mark Villines. Working camps and practices. I've worked camps at Old Dominion University in Virginia where I also played at.Worked in France, China, and Africa as a youth Elite skills developer and Jumpshot Guru.

I have been playing professionally for the last 8 years with the Minnesota Twins, Washington nationals and Washington wild things
