Hello there! I'm a native English speaker with a Master's degree and 20 years of experience teaching students of all ages. My background includes teaching middle school students, serving as a college instructor, and working with learners from many different backgrounds and skill levels. I also have experience supporting children with disabilities and adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs. I can help you improve your conversation and overall confidence in English.

I graduated from UTSA in 2018 with a bachelors in Kinesiology, shortly after got my training certification. I’ve been a full time trainer since 2018, working independently since 2020 under my business name SupaFit. I take an overall balanced approach to training focusing on functional strength, mobility and performance. I work with a diverse clientele that invites seniors, middle aged, athletes and youth. The goal is to continue to inspire other to live an active lifestyle 🙏🏼
