My name is Kevin Brand. I’m a former professional baseball player with time in the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies organizations. I also worked as a Major League Scout for the New York Mets. I was raised in a baseball household with my father having played 9 years in the Major Leagues and scouting 20 years for the New York Yankees. I currently conduct individual and group lessons while coaching a 17U travel team for the Dallas Tigers. I’ve worked with many current and former college and professional players with an emphasis on simplifying player’s mindsets and approach to hitting and fielding.

My name is Dalyn Varela. I have been passionate about softball since the age of four, growing up on the field from tee-ball through college, where I had the privilege of playing at Iowa State University. After graduating, I transitioned into coaching as a hitting and fielding instructor—a role I’ve proudly held for the past 12 years. Throughout my coaching career, I’ve worked with athletes of all ages and skill levels, conducting private lessons, group sessions, and team-hitting clinics. I’ve learned that every athlete is unique, and I tailor each session to meet the individual’s needs, strengths, and goals. My focus is not only on developing physical skills, but also on building confidence and fostering a strong mental approach to the game. I promote a positive, growth-focused environment rooted in strong fundamentals, consistent work ethic, and attention to detail. I design and implement customized hitting programs based on players’ age, experience, and developmental objectives. I also utilize video analysis and modern technology to break down swing mechanics and help athletes understand and improve their performance. My goal is to empower each player to reach their full potential, on and off the field.

For over a decade, I've dedicated myself to helping singers of all levels unlock their full potential, guiding them from the first tentative note to confident, powerful performances. I believe that everyone has a voice worth sharing, and I'm passionate about creating a safe and encouraging environment where you can explore your musicality and grow as a vocalist.

As a nationally recognized vocalist, musician, and artist, I've dedicated over three decades to the art of teaching. With a Master's degree and certifications across various art disciplines, I've had the privilege of instructing in public, private nonprofit, and overseas educational settings. My contributions to the arts extend beyond the classroom, as I've been honored as a lifetime member of Continental Who's Who and have published poetry and co-authored a book in 2022. I'm passionate about nurturing talent and inspiring creativity in my students, guiding them to artistic excellence.

My passion for singing began at a young age, and I've spent the last five years sharing that passion and helping others discover their own vocal potential. As a seasoned concert performer, I understand the technical demands of singing and the importance of connecting with your audience on an emotional level.

My journey as a Classically trained singer ignited a passion for unlocking vocal potential in others. With 11 years of experience, I guide singers to discover their unique voices. I am currently finishing my Master’s degree in vocal performance and the genres of my expertise are; gospel, jazz, r&b, contemporary and classical/opera.
