For over 15 years, I've guided students from beginners to professionals, drawing on my experience as a professional pianist. My teaching emphasizes technique, musicality, and the sheer joy of playing, ensuring a fulfilling musical journey.

For over 20 years, I've cultivated a deep passion for sharing the art of piano. My approach blends basic understanding of musical chords and ability to read music with a focus on listening to music in new, effective ways. I enjoy helping students hear patterns in songs and chords which will speed up their learning process. I also fully understand each student learns in different ways, and each student is motivated to learn a new skill in different ways, and am able to adapt to each individual's unique set of skills. I've worked with several piano teachers over my lifetime and know which styles helped motivate me personally. My job is to determine how best to keep a student engaged and having fun with the process. I enjoy the Boogie Woogie Swing Piano genre and have found many young people can't wait to learn it once they hear it played. I believe anyone can learn to play piano and that once they understand the basics, they will have a lifetime of enjoyment and special hobby that takes them away from life's daily stressors and helps to reduce screen time.

Music is the universal language, and the flute is my native tongue. With a decade of experience, I cultivate students' skills and passion for music, fostering growth, technique, and fun. My goal is to inspire students to find their unique voice.

Hi, I'm Jeff Lee. I'm one of the owners and coaches here at Pickleland. I've been hooked on the game for about two years now and have had the pleasure of coaching players from beginner to seasoned levels. My sessions focus on having fun while learning the ins and outs of the sport. Whether you're looking to refine your game or just want a great workout while learning something new, I'm here to help you improve. I’ve played volleyball since middle school and i’ve been through many different coaches and techniques and i’ve always learned what’s best for me and had a coach that helped me through a lot. I want to be that for someone who is just starting their journey. I’ve loved volleyball since 6th grade and I didn’t start very good, but I had persistence and I accomplished many goals and I did get very good at volleyball. It did take a lot of determination, but what I know is most important is not just the training , but the mentality. If I was allowed to be a coach, I would teach my players that as their coach not only am I here to grow as a player but as a person. If I were to coach a young group. I would start by teaching them building your skills it’s important, but so is messing up, messing up is what makes us who we are and teaches us to not beat ourselves up over a mistake in a sport we feel passionate about. I’ve learned many techniques. I was an outside hitter, but I also did play as a DS therefore, I know to teach diving the correct way, 3-step approaches, 4-step approaches, the correct way to swing at a ball, timing, reading a hitter, etc. I do think it’s important to incorporate it into gameplay after learning, if you didn’t I feel it’s harder to learn without. I’ve been playing pickleball for five years now, and it’s become more than just a sport for me, t’s something I truly love. I’m always working to improve my own game because the challenge and joy of playing keep me coming back. My goal as a coach is to share that same passion and help my students not only improve their skills but also find the same enjoyment and community that hooked me from the start. They say, “Do what you love,” and for me, this is it.

Welcome to my drum studio! I’m a professional drummer here in Austin, and music has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I earned my degree in Jazz Performance from UT Austin, where I got to immerse myself in all things rhythm and groove, while also picking up a business minor to help me navigate the music world. Teaching drums is one of my favorite things to do because it’s all about connecting with people and sharing the joy of music. My lessons are personalized to fit you—whether you’re just starting out, want to refine your technique, or dream of rocking the stage one day. I focus on building solid fundamentals, exploring different styles (jazz, rock, funk—you name it!), and most importantly, having fun while learning. When I’m not teaching, you can find me playing gigs around Austin or collaborating with other musicians. I know how important it is to feel supported as a learner and a musician, so my goal is to create a space where you feel encouraged, challenged, and inspired.
