That passion led me to suit up for the Round Rock Colts in Pop Warner, then through middle school, and eventually to Cedar Ridge High School where I was a standout cornerback and earned all-district honors. I later walked on at Texas Tech, playing both RB and WR for two years. Looking back, I can say with full confidence that football shaped me into the man I am today. The grind, the patience, the teamwork, the resilience — all of it came from this game. As a coach, I specialize in training all skill positions, with a deep focus on wide receivers and defensive backs. I bring detailed, position-specific drills that break down footwork, route precision, man coverage, and game IQ — the technical details that give you an edge over the competition. Terrell Reynolds – Quarterback Coach / Offensive Coordinator Terrell Reynolds has been immersed in football since the age of five, developing a lifelong passion for the quarterback position. A standout at Taylor High School (TX), Reynolds graduated in 2016 as the program’s all-time leader in passing yards and total offensive yards, achievements he built from his sophomore through senior seasons. After high school, Reynolds continued his career at the junior-college level, playing quarterback for Navarro College in Corsicana, Texas, and Northeastern Oklahoma A&M in Miami, Oklahoma. He later took snaps as quarterback for the Maricopa Mustangs of Arizona’s junior-college league, further sharpening his understanding of offensive schemes and quarterback mechanics. Transitioning into coaching, Reynolds has served as a student assistant and offensive coordinator at Taylor High School, mentoring the next generation of quarterbacks—including current starter Johnny Guzman and up-and-coming signal-caller Caleb Pachicano .

Like most coaches who have a decade or more under their belt, I've worked with all ages in all contexts. K-12, camps, clinics, spring and summer teams, private lessons, small groups, you name it. I differ by being able to assign work for home and hold them accountable. I created TILTraining to help coaches guide their athlete's at-home training, so they're not building on bad habits. TILT develops physical fitness and lacrosse skills through guided workouts that are tracked automatically to the athlete's dashboard. As a University of Denver Pioneer, I competed in 2 Final-Four weekends. In HS I was a Connecticut HS All-American in 2009, and made the all-star game for a variety of elite recruiting camps. I like to meet athlete where they are at and work with them toward their goals. Let's chat before to get on the same page, so we can plan a roadmap for the availability you have. Ideally, your athlete can develop their fundamentals at home with the help of TILT, then come to our session prepared to implement those skills to a game scenario.

With 13 years of playing experience starting at age 5, I’ve built a strong foundation in the game—primarily as a catcher and third baseman. Over the past 8 years, I’ve received professional-level catcher training, refining advanced defensive skills, game-calling, and field leadership. My background combines years of on-field play with in-depth, position-specific instruction to help athletes elevate their performance behind the plate and on the field.
