Former NFL Offensive Lineman and Super Bowl champion, drafted in 2013 by the Seattle Seahawks. During my NFL career, I played for Dallas Cowboys, Atlanta Falcons, and Seattle Seahawks. When I played for the University of New Hampshire, I was a Defensive Tackle with a record-setting college career that earned me a spot at the NFL Combine. Passionate about mentoring athletes, developing peak performance, and translating elite on-field techniques to practical, actionable coaching.

After entering the 2024 NFL draft but facing an injury setback, he’s now channeling his passion into coaching the next generation. With firsthand knowledge of what it takes to compete at an elite level, I’m very dedicated to helping young athletes sharpen their skills, build confidence, and reach their fullest potential on the field.
