I first took up golf because of my uncle, who was an avid golfer. He would occasionally take my father and I to the driving range. I really did not understand the game then. But, as I got older, I started seeing golf as more than a sport. First, I enjoyed being outdoors and I got to make new friends. My name is Jordan Burns and I am a professional basketball player from San Antonio, TX. I played my college career at Colgate University and had a historic career. I then went on to receive a Spurs training camp deal as a rookie, played for Austin Spurs and Maine Celtics in the NBA G League. Since I’ve played overseas in 7 different countries around the world. I’m here to give back to my community while also helping kids fulfill their dreams while playing the game we love.
