A former four-year collegiate player and team captain at Kenyon College, Jed combines deep game knowledge with a passion for mentorship, developing competitive, high-character teams with a focus on both personal and athletic growth.

With a rich background in education and athletics, Ferdinand is passionate about helping players of all ages achieve their full potential on the court.

I grew up playing baseball and developed a lifelong love for the game through my time on the field at both Maret School and Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School, as well as coaching summers at Home Run Baseball Camp. As a coach, I focus on creating a fun and supportive environment where players can build confidence while learning the fundamentals. I emphasize teamwork and hustle, but above all, I want players to find joy in the game while continuously improving.
