I was a former competitive gymnast myself and have been teaching for about 10 years now. I have experience with all ages and skill levels. I pride myself on being able to work with all different kinds of personalities and tailoring lessons to meet their individual needs.

I’ve played softball for 14 years as a pitcher and utility athlete, earning multiple regional and state honors in high school. I have six years of coaching experience and created my own summer softball camps. I also worked as a Division I team manager at Coastal Carolina, supporting practices and stats. I’m passionate about building players’ confidence and creating a positive team environment.

With over 19 years on the soccer field and US Soccer D License, I foster skill and love for the game. My approach blends strategy with personalized growth. Let's develop your soccer ability and understanding, together.

For over 25 years, I've been immersed in the world of tennis. On top of that, my love for table tennis has kept me engaged for nearly four decades, and I'm still at it. A few years ago, I embraced a new challenge: pickleball. I've since competed in various tournaments in Virginia, both in singles and mixed doubles categories. Just in 2023, I proudly clinched 5 medals – 2 in singles and 3 in mixed doubles. Beyond the thrill of the game, I have a passion for teaching and connecting with new people. Sharing my knowledge and experiences with others is what keeps me going.

With 15 years of soccer experience, I cultivate player potential through strategic training. My expertise blends technical skills with a passion for teamwork and development. I create a fun and engaging environment where athletes thrive.

Former NCAA Division I player at Liberty University with elite academy experience at Philadelphia Union and Players Development Academy (PDA). International training and trials include Celtic FC, Empoli, and Brentford FC. Coaching experience with Philadelphia Union Academy, PDA Vistula, and at One7 Ministry (Charlotte, NC). Dedicated to player development, mentorship, and building character on and off the field while holding varias coaching licenses with US Soccer and England FA.

Let's make some music together! Have you or your child ever listened to a song on the radio and thought "Hey, I could do that!"? Well, let me help! I teach voice, piano, and guitar in person at Walnut Grove Baptist Church in Mechanicsville or online via Zoom. Each student will receive instruction tailored toward their skill level, age, and what they want to get out of it. Whether you just want to learn that one song or develop a lifelong love of music, look no further!

My 8 years of experience have allowed me to develop a teaching style that is both challenging and supportive, helping students of all levels deepen their practice.
