Hi! My name is Dennis, a recent Rutgers graduate and former Rutgers Club Travel Tennis Team player at the 4.0-4.5 level. I've been playing since I was 5 and have 4+ years of coaching experience, currently working toward RSPA certification. I teach kids, teens, and adults from beginner to intermediate levels. My teaching style focuses on explaining technique and thought process with drills tailored to each player's skill level. I push students to improve while keeping lessons fun - I genuinely love teaching and helping others! Based in Norfolk, willing to travel throughout the area. Growing up with a father employed at Kingsmill, I inherited a love for golf early on, starting with lessons from the legendary Calvin Pete. My career spans 33 years coaching high school basketball and four years coaching high school golf, culminating in a memorable achievement when my team made it to the state championships in 2024. Sports have always been my passion, and I'm grateful for the opportunities to mentor and inspire young athletes throughout my career.
