With over a decade of playing and coaching experience across the U.S. and internationally, I help players build confidence by empowering creativity, encouraging personal growth off the field, and deepening their love for the game. As a two-time CIF champion at Loyola High School and a starting attackman and captain at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, I’ve competed at a high level and understand what it takes to lead, adapt, and elevate team culture. After earning my degree in Mechanical Engineering, I played and coached for Chadstone Lacrosse Club in Melbourne, Australia—working with athletes ranging from youth players to seasoned adults. Now based in Los Angeles, I coach K–8th grade with the Westchester Lions and volunteer with Harlem Lacrosse in Compton. My player-first approach emphasizes game-relevant, constraint-led training that mirrors live-action scenarios, focusing on decision-making, adaptability, and creativity rather than repetitive drills. Whether you're new to the sport or preparing for the next level, I’m passionate about helping players develop their skills, and find the joy that I have for lacrosse in the process.

Hey! My name is Jade Loville and I’m currently a professional basketball player. I’ve been fortunate enough to play in Spain, Greece, Mexico, Dubai, China and I plan on adding more beautiful places to the list. Basketball has been a passion of mine for the last 20 years and while I highly value my own development, I believe my purpose is to bring as many others as I can reach along with me. I pride myself on hard work and attention to detail in each and every aspect of my life. Let’s get after it and fuel our shared aspirations!

My name is Ryan Rembisz, and I am currently a minor league free agent who just finished his first professional season this summer after pitching 4 years of NCAA Division 1 baseball for the University of Portland. I am known for throwing the 21st perfect game in NCAA D1 history this past season, being a 3x WCL player of the week, a 1st team all-WCC academic team recipient, an All-WCC second team recipient, and leading the WCC in innings pitched this year. I am 23 years old, currently training this offseason for my next pro contract, and love teaching the art of pitching to anyone that wants to learn. Through my 5 years of being a high level pitcher throwing 100’s of innings while jumping from 90-94 mph, I have never had an arm injury. I believe that preparing the body to handle the throw is 75% of the battle when it comes to pitching injury free, and that recovery is another 20%. I can work with all ages and levels of the game, and I understand how to adjust my approach given nuances in league, ability, and goal. Arm health is the number one priority for pitchers these days, as the key to throwing harder is simply staying healthy for long enough to get there in my opinion. A standard 1-on-1 lesson will look like stretching, throwing prep, catch play, bullpen/flatground work, post-throw, conditioning, and mobility. My goal is to educate my students on what they need, their deficiencies and strengths, and going over their individual technique and keys to success, to show them the bigger picture of how to effectively train pitching so that they can monitor themselves autonomously.

Bob found his passion for martial arts later in life, but once he stepped into Guro Andy Wilson's MKG Martial Arts in Seattle at age 30, he was hooked. Initially unfamiliar with disciplines like Thai boxing, Kali, Jun Fan, and BJJ, he quickly became immersed, enjoying the intense workout and seeing rapid improvements in both strength and fitness. This journey led him to train at the Inosanto Academy in LA, where he felt the powerful influence of Guro Dan Inosanto and developed a deep respect for the martial arts community. After returning to Seattle, Bob taught at MKG for over eight years, contributing to the school’s growth. In 2009, he launched Seattle Integrated Martial Arts (SIMA) in West Seattle, a community-driven school that reflects the character and values of MKG. Bob is dedicated to sharing his love for martial arts with others and has built SIMA into a thriving center where students of all backgrounds and skill levels come to train and grow.
"I'm fairly new to SIMA and I've found the environment fantastic. The instructors are all patient, very prepared for every class, thorough and welcoming. My classmates have all been great to work with. Being very new I have felt like everyone wants to support each other and will help to make sure you get it right every time. I feel very safe here and always look forward to the next class.

Currently plays on the APT Tour. Previously was an assistant golf professional for a club in San Diego for 5 years. I love golf, everything about it. How hard it is how it changes, it’s never the same it’s never fair but it teaches us about life.
