I’m Sammy. I played baseball at Grady’s Harbor College back in the day and coached quite a bit of softball and baseball. I’m have a big emphasis on mechanics of pitching and hitting and fielding mid level to high level players. Newer players are welcome as well. Haven’t coached in a few years but I’m looking to get back into it. I’m a big proponent of taking care of your body and your arm properly because without it why are we training? I’m high energy and try to have fun while teaching.

I’m a former Division I golfer who teaches with a clear, simple, and results‑focused approach. I help players build solid fundamentals, improve consistency, and make smarter decisions on the course. My goal is to break the game down into easy, actionable adjustments so golfers at any level can improve quickly and feel more confident every time they play.

Classically trained pianist since the age of 5, I also played tenor/alto/bari sax & bassoon. I sing, compose, arrange, produce & most of all I really love to share the joy of music. I have been performing & creating music for most of my life & am now recording & releasing my own songs. My greatest accomplishment is building HopeFire Studio with the help of some amazing people who took time to mentor and support me. Hi! I'm an NCAA Division 1 swimmer at Columbia University who's been swimming for over a decade. For the past 4 years, I've worked as a summer swim coach for children ages 6-18, coaching all skill levels. I love to work with students of all abilities, though my expertise lies mostly in technical skills.

I have over 25 years of successful and fun tennis instructing experience. I am well known in the area for providing correct and enthusiastic teaching. I teach all ages from 4 to 84. My love of life is helping students smile when they learn and play the best sport of tennis. It is my pleasure.

Growing up in Seattle, I developed my skills competing with Seattle Select AAU before completing a postgraduate season at Kimball Union Academy, where I had the opportunity to compete against high-level talent and continue growing as both a player and a leader. As a 6’4” shooting guard, my game is built around shooting, basketball IQ, and making winning plays. I pride myself on being a reliable catch-and-shoot player, creating scoring opportunities with smart movement, and constantly working to improve every part of my game. With a background as a massage therapist, I integrate principles of body mechanics and injury prevention to support longevity in dance. Beyond improving balance, reducing anxiety, and boosting brain function and memory, dancing is simply fun!
