He is a Certified Coach and member of the PPR (Professional Pickleball Registry) the official education partner of USA Pickleball. He is a Certified Referee, one of fewer than 200 in the US and currently the only CR in Wisconsin. Coach Dale competed and refereed at the 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 Pickleball US Open in Naples, Florida and has won multiple gold medals in Florida and Wisconsin sanctioned tournaments.

Ellen has been the leader of the Ellen Winters Group, as well as a solo performer with other outstanding musicians. She has also been a cast member of award nominated Cabaret theatre productions. She works as a private vocal instructor in Milwaukee as well as Adjunct Faculty at Columbia College Chicago. Her tour schedule is robust, so she can be found performing locally as well as stops nationwide.
