Bio: I have over 6 years of coaching experience in Little League baseball and a decade of baseball training, specializing in throwing, catching, and hitting. I’ve also trained with high school baseball teams and bring 30 years of experience in fitness workouts and mountain bike trail riding. I was born and raised in Houston, TX — a city with many opportunities for competitive youth baseball. I began playing travel ball at age six and soon played on multiple teams year-round. It became more than just a hobby for me; I realized that I wanted to pursue baseball professionally in some capacity. After lettering three years at Bellaire High School in Bellaire, TX, I was recruited to play shortstop for Trinity University in San Antonio, TX. I was one of the few players who made the travel team as a freshman. In my sophomore year, we went on to win the NCAA Division III National Championship. As an upperclassman, I took on a leadership role, honing my skills as both a player and a teacher of the game. Coaches and teammates labeled me as a cerebral player, and coaches trusted me to assist them with game strategy, player management, instructional work, and recruiting. After graduating with a B.S. in Geoscience (‘18), I earned a Masters degree in Geology at UC Davis (‘20). I currently work as an environmental geologist at a consulting firm, where I manage environmental cleanups, investigations, and property assessments. My passion for baseball remains unchanged. I continue to play competitively in a men’s league on the weekends. Baseball has shaped me into who I am as a person and a professional. Bio: I'm a Division 1 recruited pitcher with over a year of training at Driveline Baseball where I learned everything there is to know about mechanics, analyatics, and how a pitchers body should move. I rehabbed from tommy john surgery with Next Era where I trained side by side with MLB players like Walker Buehler and Logan Webb. I have always loved coaching and helping to develop the next generation of ball players. I had great coaches growing up that I've learned a lot from and can help any pitcher who wants to take their game to the next level.

I was honored to be selected for the USA Northern California regional team and played for the nationally ranked Zoots Baseball program. In high school, I earned First Team All-League honors, and I went on to become a two-way player at Pomona-Pitzer, where I helped lead our team to its first-ever NCAA Division III World Series appearance. Now a Pomona-Pitzer graduate, I’m passionate about giving back to the game by teaching, mentoring, and helping grow the next generation of players—both on and off the field.

Bio: Coach Conor Buckley brings high-level experience, sharp field instincts, and a deep passion for the game to every athlete he trains. A former standout shortstop, Conor played collegiate baseball at Concordia University in Portland, Oregon (2013–2014), where he earned recognition for his elite defensive play and infield IQ before a career-ending shoulder injury shifted his path to coaching. Prior to college, Conor competed for the Texas Rangers Scout Team. During his collegiate career, he was recruited by both the Milwaukee Brewers and the Pittsburgh Pirates—testament to his advanced skills and baseball acumen. He’s had the unique opportunity to play with and against many current Major League Baseball players, giving him a rare perspective on what it takes to succeed at the next level. After stepping off the field, Conor spent four years coaching and mentoring youth players, specializing in shortstop, middle infield, and third base. His focus is on helping athletes sharpen their mechanics, improve their game awareness, and prepare for the jump to high school varsity baseball and beyond.
