My name is Bryant Disla, and I am the Founder and Head Coach of Youth Hoops 305. I’ve been an “everyday hooper” my entire life—playing the game at multiple levels, including during my service in the U.S. Army and overseas in Germany. Basketball has always been more than a sport to me; it’s been a source of discipline, purpose, and opportunity. Today, I’m committed to using that passion to shape the next generation of athletes. Before starting Youth Hoops 305, I became a licensed coach with USA Basketball and began donating my time to local children and nonprofit organizations such as One More Child. Giving back to under-resourced youth is at the core of my mission and continues to drive the work I do every day. I created Youth Hoops 305 with one goal: to show kids what basketball can do for them. I strive to build a culture that is physically demanding, mentally tough, and rooted in the love of the game. My goal is to provide a training experience unlike any other—one that focuses on real skill development, strong fundamentals, and personal growth both on and off the court. I believe in the transformative power of sports. Basketball can build confidence, self-esteem, teamwork, leadership, and resilience—qualities that go far beyond the hardwood. Everyday is an opportunity to get better! My name is Jalen Williams I moved here from Washington Dc. and currently working for the Miami Heat. I've been playing basketball for 23 years and have coach for about 10. My basketball journey started at a young age but I have managed to play for major basketball programs for AAU (DC Premier), High school(St. Stephens &St.Agnes), and College(Highpoint University). At this point in my career after deciding not to play professionally overseas I'm looking to pass all that ive learned on my journey down to the youth. Over the past few years I have coached camps and basketball clinics featuring some of today premier athletes and want to share some of the training techniques and dedication to someone who just has a love for the sport. My goal is to remind them that you can be really good at something you love with focus, dedication and attention to detail.
