From winning the NCAA Junior College MVP to playing in the NBA Summer League and with the Atlantic City Seagulls, I have honed my skills through diverse experiences. For the past 17 years, I've been dedicated to training athletes with my acclaimed Skills & Development and Strength & Conditioning Programs.
