Coach Jonas Alger brings a strong background in high-level college basketball and elite player development. He began his career as a student manager for the University of Kentucky men’s basketball program, where he was part of a championship-caliber culture and contributed to practice operations, player support, and team logistics. He later served as a coach at Tennessee Tech University, where he focused on on-court skill development, scouting, and helping student-athletes grow both technically and mentally within the game. With experience at both Power Five and Division I mid-major levels, Coach Alger specializes in professional player development, emphasizing skill efficiency, game IQ, and preparing athletes to perform at the next level.

For three decades I've continued my passion for basketball from playing as a young kid, to playing in high school and college, and now playing and coaching whenever I get the chance. I began coaching my son in basketball when he began to show interest, and have been coaching teams of various ages, genders, and skill levels over the last few years.
