With over 25 years of basketball playing experience, I've helped players of all ages and skill levels unlock their full potential on the court. My coaching style blends technical expertise with a fun, supportive environment that fosters growth and a true love of the game. I will tailor a training program that will improve the skills that need the most improvement. I have years of experience playing basketball since I was a child throughout high school and intramurally in college. I have been a basketball trainer for about 4 years as I have taken on clients who want to improve in forest hills league from an Asian community as well as any players who would like to improve. I specialize in plyometric training exercises that improve vertical jumping, speed and quickness. I focus on good diet, recovery, consistency, and fundamentals with all of my basketball training clients. I train first in fundamentals, then moving on to simulate in-game situations, and finally scrimmages or pickup games. I played college basketball at Durham College and have further developed my training expertise through hands-on experience with Delson Training in New Jersey—one of the top programs for elite player development. My approach is simple: I love the game and I love helping kids get better. I’m easygoing, positive, and passionate—but I also push players to work hard, stay disciplined, and maximize their potential. Whether your child is just starting out or aiming for the next level, my goal is to guide them through that journey—step by step—with energy, focus, and fun.

Now I currently play professional basketball oversea this season coming up in September will be my 7th year as a pro. I played in Greece, United Kingdom, Hungary, Estonia, New Zealand, Poland.

Driven by a lifelong passion for basketball, I've spent the last 22 years playing basketball and was fortunate enough to receive a scholarship. Now in this next chapter in my life I am looking to give back to the youth.
