I played basketball all 4 years of High School and of course learning and growing on the court was amazing but it was also such a shaping time for me to help with my mindset off the court as well! Training with me means focusing on progress you can see, competing against your own best efforts, and always knowing why you’re doing something. When players feel their growth and understand their purpose, the hard work starts to click—and that’s how they fall in love with the process. Basketball has been a huge part of my journey. From competing at the NCAA level and earning tournament honors to being a two-time high school MVP, the game has shaped who I am. I’ve also had the privilege of running youth camps in China and Hungary, sharing the love of basketball with kids from all over.
