With 23 years of playing experience, I’ve competed at every level of the game, gaining deep knowledge of skill development, mindset, and performance. My personal athletic achievements include a 40-inch vertical jump, a 4.37-second 40-yard dash, and multiple MVP awards. I bring elite-level insight, proven training methods, and a commitment to helping athletes improve their speed, explosiveness, technique, and confidence on the field. My primary positions were WR/KR/PR with a lot of knowledge of positions all over the field.
