For over two decades, I've cultivated a passion for football into a career of coaching excellence. My dedication to developing athletes extends beyond skill-building to instill teamwork and sportsmanship. I aim to foster a fun, yet disciplined environment. I am currently coaching 7th grade for the FBU DC METRO team in Washington DC. I am a former Division Athlete going to school for both track and football. In addition, I have an extensive training background holding General Manger and Fitness Manager roles at LA Fitness and Crunch Fitness.

I specialize in developing defensive backs through elite movement training, position-specific technique, and speed/agility development. As a former 4-year college football starter playing 3 years at the Division II level and 1 year at the Division I FBS level, then getting the opportunity to participate in Baltimore Ravens minicamp.
