For two decades, I've channeled my passion for football at all levels. I played five years in college, one year in the NFL and three years in the UFL. This last season, I led the UFL in tackles. My expertise is defensive, yet enjoy challenging offensive players skillset. My coaching blends strategic insight with personalized mentorship. I am a detail-driven football coach committed to helping student-athletes build strong fundamentals, discipline, and confidence on and off the field. I’ve coached at every level from youth football to Division I men’s football and levels in between. I also have experience coaching women’s flag football and training track sprinters in speed development. My coaching philosophy is centered on “Attack the Process” which is doing what’s required on a day-to-day basis to achieve the goals we set. I focus on long-term development, not shortcuts, creating a structured and positive environment where athletes are challenged, supported, and held to a high standard. I also faced off against DeAngelo Hall from Deep Creek. Both went on to star in college and the NFL. The stories I could tell! I'm a football fanatic, but my passion doesn’t stop there. I’ve coached countless younger family members in all kinds of sports — because with passion, anything can be learned. I teach football, basketball, softball, track and field, and even competitive frisbee (a neighborhood favorite!). I coach with three key ingredients: love, enthusiasm, and discipline — a proven recipe for greatness. I’m incredibly proud of my roots in the 757. Our region produces some of the best talent in the country, and I’m committed to developing the next generation of sports legends.
