I started learning the sport at the age of 40, and my athletic ability is quite average. While learning from different coaches, I noticed a problem: they are too professional and don't understand that our bodies, especially as we get older, simply can't turn as much as they require. Therefore, during my practice sessions, I rely on my own exploration to improve my performance. Many of the issues I encounter are common among amateur players, issues that professional coaches who have been playing since childhood have never faced.
