I am ADM certified, Which stands for American development model. What this means is that it gives me a guideline on how to approach lessons with different age groups dependent on their age. Now there are always exceptions to this, but it’s good to have a guideline on how much information and how that information is given to the student, depending on how their brain interprets information at that given age. For example, you would most likely would not try to talk to a 15-year-old the same way you would talk to a five-year-old.
