Growing up in sports, I’ve always been driven be the lessons, challenges, and personal growth they bring—and I love passing those experiences on to others. What makes my coaching unique is that I’m a self-taught golfer. I know exactly what it feels like to learn from the ground up, which helps me connect with golfers of all levels and guide them through their own journey of becoming a better version of themselves. I’m passionate and both the mechanics of the swing and the deeper side of the game-the strategy, the mindset and the self-awareness it develops. My goal is to understand what you want to achieve, ensuring beginners grasp the fundamentals and advance players find real pathways to lowering their scores. Justin has been immersed in golf since age 8, competing in junior and high school golf where he learned early on that skill, not just strength, can set a player apart. Focusing on a solid short game and mental resilience led him to pursue a Master’s Degree in Sport Psychology, deepening his understanding of the mental side of golf. Justin firmly believes that mental skills training is the key to unlocking a player's true potential, enabling them to play with greater confidence, focus, and composure under pressure. His coaching style integrates both technical instruction and mental training, guiding students of all levels to improve both on and off the course. Based in Walnut Creek with his wife, Michelle, and daughter, Jaylen, this Castro Valley native is dedicated to helping golfers of all abilities elevate their game through a balanced approach to both skill and mindset.

As a former D1 athlete and with 28 years of golf instruction, I blend technical expertise with an enjoyable approach to unlock your potential. My passion is helping players of all levels refine their game and achieve their personal best.
