Starting playing golf at age of 18 at Spook Rock golf course. From there starting taking lessons at The Tuxedo Club where I worked for a friend and mentor Dave Carazo. In that time frame qualified for 2 Met Amateurs. That lead me to become a golf professional in that time frame spent 12 years in the Met PGA section and became a member of the PGA 2001. Eric is an associate member of the PGA of America and a native of Columbus, Ohio. Eric was an accomplished player and member of the Upper Arlington state championship golf team. (Jack Nicklaus alma matter) and played in the US Junior Amateur at Muirfield Village Golf Club. Since then, he has been playing amateur golf tournaments, teaching, and being an avid student of the game and its rich history for 45 years. Eric has a passion for advanced technology and measurement solutions related to the golf swing. He spent nearly two years teaching at GOLFTEC where he viewed and analyzed over ten thousand swings from hundreds of students in northern New Jersey. He recently started his own, independent teaching business based out of Montclair, NJ to service golfers of all ages and abilities for both indoor, outdoor, and virtual instruction.
