Hello! My name is Levi Brooks and I specialize in the teaching of rock/metal guitar and vocals. I am a classically trained vocalist who used that foundation to build extreme vocal techniques upon. I’ve been taking guitar lessons for 3 years now and vocal lessons for one and a half. Both teachers have said they’ve taught me all they know. So I set out to give my own lessons. Both for guitar and vocals. I’ve been giving lessons now for 2 years and am ready to get my feet on the ground in Arizona, as I grew up and Bend OR, and I’m ready for the new adventure. As an extreme vocalist and coach, I’ve hurt myself many times in the early stages which has both shown me what not to do as well as it’s given me the drive to learn how to do these techniques properly. Not only that, but because it’s such a slippery slope learning metal vocals, I want to help others keep themselves healthy while still acquiring the skills they want to learn.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Guitar Performance from Berklee College of Music, Gabriel brings both technical expertise and real-world experience to every lesson. A seasoned performer, he spent several months as the lead guitarist for a Dan Fogelberg tribute band in Northern California, honing a deep appreciation for melody, tone, and musical storytelling. Now based in the Phoenix area, Gabriel plays regularly with multiple bands across a variety of styles, from R&B to classic rock and contemporary pop. Passionate about helping students grow both creatively and technically, he tailors lessons to each individual’s goals—whether they’re picking up the guitar for the first time or looking to refine their skills for the stage.

Hailing from Los Angeles California and Nashville Tennessee, Serge the former Musicians Institute alumni has not only been a multi instrumentalist for almost 20 years but has also been in the industry over a decade. He has worked with the likes of major artists and record labels such as Dr. Dre, L.A. Reid, Mike Portnoy (dream theater), Dave Lombardo (Slayer), Dave Ellefson (Megadeth), and Island Def Jam Recordings. Throughout Serge's career one of his greatest joys and accomplishments has been teaching guitar, bass, and piano and sharing his knowledge of multiple genres, fast licks, and music theory. His mission is too positively influence, inspire, and grow with his students, and help make the next generation of great musicians
