Auditioning for and attending the Orange County School of the Arts Guitar program from 7th to 12th grade expanded my musical horizons, training me in classical, flamenco, jazz, and studio engineering using Logic Pro X and Protools. Beyond school performances at renowned venues like Disneyland, House of Blues, and jazz festivals, I delved into the LA punk scene and various local gigs. With four years of teaching experience at Guitar Center, I've instructed students of all ages and levels, embracing diverse styles and adapting to group dynamics. Teaching extends beyond the norm for me; I've worked with children and adults with special needs, aiming to make music accessible and enjoyable for everyone. I studied bass performance at Berklee College of Music, where I earned the Bass Department Outstanding Performer Award and Scholarship. I have a BA in English and French from Skidmore College (‘13). I have worked with students between the ages of six and sixty and welcome students of all ages.
