Unlocking potential on the lacrosse field is my specialty. For over 20 years, I've loved nothing more than playing lacrosse and meeting amazing individuals doing it. With 20 years of experience playing the game, I strive to develop well-rounded players through strategic skill-building and personalized training. Playing for 5 years in college at St Leo University and Arizona State University i love growing the game of lacrosse through the younger generation.
I have been playing lacrosse for over a decade and my love for the sport is only growing on the west coast! I will help cultivate player’s skill, game IQ and confidence through focused training. I am Offensive Midfielder at a top 10 Division 3 program and have been coached by NCAA Division 1 championship coaches throughout my development as a player. Additionally, I played and coached for my club lacrosse team Mass Elite Lacrosse which has sent players (and friends I played against) to the top programs across the country. I would argue, at the risk of sounding arrogant, that I have some of the most experience in lacrosse that you will find in LA. I grew up in New York and started playing lacrosse when it was introduced so probably around 5th grade. I then went on to play in high school and college and then professionally for the Israel National Lacrosse team. I was inducted into Colgate University's Hall of Honor in 2015 which also happened to be the year that I played in my first International Competition in Prague. I later went on to play in 2 World Cups- one in England and this past one in America in 2021. I captained the team both years. Since moving to LA 8 years ago, I coached the JV team at Newport Harbor, at the club level with Palisades Lacrosse and sprinkled in some private clients here and there along the way. I'm interested in individual and small group training. I also have experience in fitness and agility training for adults and youth athletes and love working with young women on mindset and wellness off the field as well!
