Bio: Like most coaches who have a decade or more under their belt, I've worked with all ages in all contexts. K-12, camps, clinics, spring and summer teams, private lessons, small groups, you name it. I differ by being able to assign work for home and hold them accountable. I created TILTraining to help coaches guide their athlete's at-home training, so they're not building on bad habits. TILT develops physical fitness and lacrosse skills through guided workouts that are tracked automatically to the athlete's dashboard. As a University of Denver Pioneer, I competed in 2 Final-Four weekends. In HS I was a Connecticut HS All-American in 2009, and made the all-star game for a variety of elite recruiting camps.
