Music has always been my language, and for the past 12 years, I've been fortunate to share its intricacies as a professional musician and most recently as a teacher. As a professional jazz pianist, I'm passionate about guiding students of all levels to discover the joy and artistry within themselves.

As a professional pianist, composer, and educator, my mission is to get you playing your favorite songs as fluently and quickly as possible! Whether you're starting for the first time or have been playing your whole life, I help students of all ages, backgrounds, and musical styles achieve complete confidence on the instrument, covering all genres from classical to jazz, pop to RnB, and everything in between. From complete beginners to seasoned virtuosos, this wonderful instrument has brought so much joy, confidence and beauty to the lives of my students, and I can't wait for the same to happen to you. With 25 years of experience in the music industry, I have transitioned from producing chart-topping tracks to teaching aspiring pianists. My passion lies in unlocking the musical potential within each student, fostering creativity, and guiding them to achieve their full potential, whatever that may be. I have collaborated with notable artists such as Trina, Trick Daddy, and Juvenile of Cash Money Records, as well as Snoop Dogg and Master P of No Limit Records. I continue to work with them on their albums and maintain strong relationships with all of them to this day.

For fifteen years, I've helped students unlock their musical potential through piano. My journey as a music producer informs my coaching, offering a unique perspective on musicality and performance. Let's explore the magic of the piano together – all levels are welcome!

Music is my lifelong passion, and sharing it with others is incredibly rewarding. With 50 years of experience, including performing at the concert level, I bring a wealth of knowledge to each lesson. I'm dedicated to fostering a fun and supportive learning environment where students can thrive. I am a graduate of the Juilliard School. Bachelors and Masters Degrees. I have performed concerts throughout the United states. At age 15, I received a standing ovation at the Brevard Music Festival for my performance of the Tschaikowsky Piano Concerto No 1. I made my New York Debut performing with the Symphony of the New World at Lincoln Center at age 17. I made my Debut at the Metropolitan Opera House production of Porgy and Bess 1992 production in the role of "Jasbo Brown". I repeated this role in the New Jersey State Opera production. For Centaur Records I made a CD of the Arensky Piano Concerto No. 1 with the Czech National Orchestra and Etudes for Solo Piano op. 74. I received the Award for Excellence from the New Jersey Education Association, the "Community Leaders Fostering Change in Education Award" from the New Jersey Unit of the National Association of Negro Business and Women's Clubs, Inc, honored by The Newark Municipal Council, City of Newark, NJ.
