My name is Roberto. I was born and raised in San José, Costa Rica, and I came to the United States nine years ago to play college tennis. I graduated from Azusa Pacific University (nation's top 10 NCAA Division II school) with a B.A. in Business Management and served as the team's captain on my last semester. I have also coached beginner and intermediate tennis players of all ages in Costa Rica as well as several collegiate dual matches. Regarding my playing history, I have played tournaments in over 10 countries, obtained a junior international ranking, and reached a ranking of #8 in Costa Rica. As of this year, I started coaching pickleball and the experience has been no different! Concepts are very similar and time to raise level is actually shorter!

Hi, I’m Michael Stine III, a PPR Certified Professional Pickleball Coach and competitive player based in Southern California. I’ve been playing pickleball for three years and competing at a high level in CAPA, iPickle, collegiate tournaments, and internationally. I’ve coached athletes ranging from ages 8 to 60+, including Junior PPA and National Junior Pickleball champions. Many of my students have gone on to win tournaments at the 3.0–5.0 levels in singles, doubles, and mixed divisions. "First time learning how to play pickleball. I found Toms profile and felt like he would be a good coach for everyone due to his background and reviews. Im glad i found Tom! I suck at learning at the age of 42 and Tom has been patient with me throughout the lesson. 1 hour was pre challenging but kept me focused he gives you good advice and checks your mistakes and compliments what youre doing good. Im planning to sign up for several more lessons with Tom. I highly recommend him. Very good coach.
