"Oh, alright. The lesson definitely helped me improve my game, especially with my backhand smacking, which was a bit of a weak spot before. Parker's approach is quite steady, and I appreciated how he broke down the techniques without rushing through. Though I think focusing a little more on my backhand during future lessons could really make a difference, still, I feel like I’m making progress. Having had a life long passion for racquet sports (Certified Tennis PTR coach 20+ years and national tournament player in Platform Tennis), I was delighted to discover Pickleball 10 years ago when I moved to Naples, Florida. I was fortunate enough to win the Gold Medal in my first Men’s Open Tournament at Veterans Park. A couple of years later, I also won a gold at the US Open. Competing and playing Pickleball for exercise is so exhilarating and addictive. I met so many new players along the way who have asked me to help start them safely or improve their mid level games.
